In your own cloud
The usual answer. Agents run on your infrastructure, on a schedule or on an event, with the keys and the spend caps in your account rather than ours.
On a machine in your building
We set up a small always on machine, a Mac Mini or similar, as an agent runner sitting on your own network. It reaches the systems that were never meant to face the internet, and the data never leaves the building. We run our own agents this way.
Somewhere in between
Most setups end up split. The heavy model calls go out, the sensitive parts stay in. We will tell you plainly which is which before you commit to anything.
