Your domain stays in your name, and if you ever want to move your site elsewhere, we will help you take it. Questions go to a named person, by email, in working hours.

Something bigger or different? These plans run on a modern serverless platform, which suits most small sites, small databases and short jobs. WordPress, PHP, a very large database or heavy work that runs for a long time need setting up differently, so we host those as a custom plan, quoted for what you need.

What the promises mean.
Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, not on bank holidays, by email. Your questions go to a named person, and the first reply times above are counted in those hours.
How uptime is measured
We aim for 99.9% of each month, which allows about 43 minutes of downtime, and we watch it with our own monitoring. It is a target we work to, not a guarantee, and there is no money back if a month falls short. If something does go wrong, we tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
What is not counted
Planned maintenance that we have told you about in advance, outages at the network or services the hosting runs on, and faults in your own code or content.
